These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RoboSimunomy website, apps, games, and research tools, operated by Abu Bakkar Siddique Emon (University of Frontier Technology, Bangladesh). By using this site or any RoboSimunomy product, you agree to these Terms.

Use of This Site

You may browse this site and use its demo sign-in / project showcase for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to distribute unlawful content.

Our Apps, Games & Research Tools

  • Free apps are supported by ads (AdMob) and provided "as is", without warranty of any kind.
  • Paid apps are one-time purchases with no ads, sold through the relevant app store (e.g. Amazon Appstore); store-specific terms also apply.
  • Games published on Itch.io / WebGL are provided for evaluation and entertainment purposes.
  • Research prototypes (e.g. the Mars rover, PX4 LLM-drone control, or multi-service disaster drone projects) are experimental research work, not certified or production-ready hardware/software, and should not be relied on for safety-critical use.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise noted, the content, code samples, and project write-ups on this site are the intellectual property of Abu Bakkar Siddique Emon / RoboSimunomy. Published academic papers remain subject to their respective publisher/IEEE copyright terms.

Custom R&D Engagements

Custom research and development engagements are governed by the specific written agreement made with the client at the time of engagement, which takes precedence over these general Terms for that engagement.

Limitation of Liability

RoboSimunomy and Abu Bakkar Siddique Emon are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or any associated apps, games, or research prototypes, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
