Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how RoboSimunomy ("we", "us"), the independent software lab operated by Abu Bakkar Siddique Emon, handles information when you visit this website or use one of our apps, games, or research tools.

Information We Collect

  • Contact details you provide — such as your name and email address, if you reach out via our contact form or sign in to view our project showcase.
  • Usage data — basic, non-identifying analytics about how pages on this site are used, where our hosting or analytics provider collects it.
  • Mobile app data — our free Android apps (published on the Amazon Appstore) use AdMob for monetization, which may collect device identifiers and usage data under Google's own privacy terms.

How We Use Information

We use the information above only to respond to enquiries, personalize your session on this site (for example, remembering the name you sign in with while you browse our project showcase), improve our apps and research tools, and keep the site secure. We do not sell personal information.

Local Sign-In / Demo Sessions

The Sign In and Sign Up pages on this site are a lightweight, client-side demo used to personalize the "My Projects" showcase page with your name. No password or account data is transmitted to, or stored on, a server — everything lives only in your browser's session storage and is cleared automatically when you refresh the projects page or close your browser tab.

Cookies & Local Storage

We use your browser's local/session storage for the sign-in demo described above. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on this website itself (our published Android apps are separate and may use AdMob as noted above).

Third-Party Links

This site links out to third-party services including GitHub, LinkedIn, ResearchGate, Google Scholar, and app stores. Those services have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

Your Rights

You may request that any information you have sent us (e.g. via the contact form) be corrected or deleted at any time by emailing robosimunomy@gmail.com.
